One of our favorite places to visit is Utah. We just love that there are so many things we can do with the kids plus it helps that the weather is cooler than home. The girls ask very frequently when are we going back to Utah. We just have such a blast! Grandma and Grandpa Johnson did a great job finishing their basement so we felt so at home!! It was like we were staying in a huge hotel suite.

We visit Temple Square every time we go to Utah. The girls Love to see the temple. This time we went through the church history museum and saw a bunch of neat stuff. Julia is a little sponge and loves to learn all about the church.
Brother and Sister Assey were kind enough to take us on a hike up to Cecret Lake. It was absolutely gorgeous. It felt soooo nice to be in some cool weather.
We had so much fun at the Hogel Zoo. The girls enjoyed seeing so many animals up close and personal.
Ava wasn't sure about the gorilla. She said he scared her. I thought he was somewhat creepy myself. I felt like he was starring into my brains. I wonder what he was thinking?
