Ava is NINE months old!!! She is seriously the sweetest little girl ever! This little girlie can melt my heart in an instant. She is going through major Mommy separation issues, but you know, I treasure this time. I know it doesn't last forever. Ava is still growing right on schedule. Perfectly average on the charts. She weighs 18lbs and 10oz which is quite dainty compared to Julia at her age who weighed 20lbs 7oz (she was always in the 90th percentile). Ava is sleeping through the night now which is super nice for me. She also graduated from wearing her plagiocephaly helmet!!! Her head is just about perfect now. She is not crawling yet, but that doesn't stop her from getting across the room. She has figured out how to scoot around on her bum, silly little girl. I'm sure she is going to be crawling all over in no time. She is a good eater, although she already wants to eat big people food and is stared to get more picky about what baby food she will eat. Ava also found her voice. She loves to make it known when she is not happy about something. She sure can yell. She only says da-da and oooooo. I just love her facial expressions, so cute!! We really do love the joy our little Ava brings to our lives!!
Ava got her ears pierced this month!! She was a little trooper and only cried for a second. Big Sis held her hand so she wouldn't be scared. She looks so pretty with her sparkly little ears.
