Since we were gone for a week in June, the month just seemed to fly by. The kids are growing so fast. Ava is still just as sweet as ever. I really don't push her to grow up to fast. I am just enjoying having such a sweet little cuddle bug. Julia is getting so smart. Almost to smart for her own good. She has so much sass. She is always making us laugh and sometimes making us pull out our hair.
Ava LOVES her fingers. That is definitely her way of self soothing. It is kind of a nice change from Julia. She was only soothed by me, which made it rather difficult at times to ever get anything accomplished.
Yep, she is holding a real monkey. We went to a birthday party and they had a petting zoo. Julia had no reservations about holding the crazy monkey. It was kind of interesting, the monkey calmed way down when he was sitting on Julia's lap. It was like he knew she was just a little girl. He was a lot more crazy when the older kids were holding him.
These girls just LOVE each other. I love it!!
